Returns & Exchanges Policy Details

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of your receipt of the product.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

  • In original, unworn condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging
  • Free from any damage, marks, or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Socks (due to intimate nature of the product)
  • Shoes Accessories & Spare Parts (if packaging has been opened)

All other products including MTB Shoes, Road Shoes, Road Track Shoes, and Accessories are eligible for return or exchange within the specified timeframe.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Once we receive your request, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number and detailed instructions within 1-2 business days.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging, include all original tags and accessories, and ship to our address:

Step 4: Processing Your Return/Exchange

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method:

Deductions

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product

Exchanges

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we’ll ship the replacement item once we receive your return. For faster service, you may place a new order for the correct size and return the original item for a refund.

Product Exchanges

Exchanges for different products follow the same process as returns. You’ll receive a refund for the returned item and can place a new order for the desired product.

Defective or Incorrect Items

International Returns

As we serve cyclists worldwide (excluding certain remote areas in Asia and select international locations), international customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.
